Special note: all intelligent locks are electronic locks, so fingerprint locks are also electronic locks, which can be tested according to the standards of electronic locks.

 

2. Intelligent lock detection and process

 

According to different locks, different industry standards are selected for testing smart locks, and the detection requirements are slightly different.

 

2.1. The inspection report and application of the Ministry of public security are required for supporting lock cylinder

3. Inspection category

 

There are two types of inspection: entrusted inspection and type inspection.

 

3.1. Entrusted inspection: samples sent by the enterprise to the testing center for testing according to the industrial standard or enterprise standard.

 

3.2. Type inspection: for products with national or industrial standards, the type inspection can only be carried out; the samples must be sampled and sealed by the testing center of the Ministry of public security. The above two requirements must be met at the same time before type inspection.

 

3.3. Category selection: due to the industry standard of intelligent lock, the type inspection can be carried out after the sealing sample is extracted by the testing center of the Ministry of public security. There is no sample extraction and sealing process, even if it is tested according to the industry standard, it can only be commissioned inspection.

 

4. Inspection difficulties

 

Intelligent lock detection, divided into a and B levels, generally speaking, projects and projects can meet the needs of a level, B level of product requirements are higher

 

Common unqualified items include: locking tongue pressure, locking tongue anti drilling, anti disassembly alarm, wrong operation alarm, flame retardant, fingerprint module static test, etc.
