China energy efficiency label testing and filing process introduction:
Step 1: energy efficiency product testing
Confirm that the products are within the scope of China's energy efficiency catalogue, and the energy efficiency test should be conducted in the corresponding laboratory with energy efficiency qualification.
After the laboratory test is completed, the report will be uploaded to China Energy Efficiency Center, and customers can record in the energy efficiency center system, or the agency can assist in filing. The detection time varies from 3 working days to 50 natural days depending on different products. For example, for products such as microcomputers, flat panel TVs, liquid crystal displays, etc., the general detection time is 3-5 working days. For water storage water heaters, gas water heaters, gas cookers and other products, the detection time is generally 7-10 working days, while for LED bulb lamps or screen light lamps, such lamps and lanterns should be in accordance with the national standard The test report can only be issued after 1200-2000 hours of testing.
Step 2: register enterprise energy efficiency account in energy efficiency center
In China Energy Efficiency Center, fill in enterprise information and provide enterprise business license, submit enterprise account number registration, the staff of energy efficiency center will review and approve within three working days.
Step 3: record energy efficiency label
When the energy efficiency test report is issued and confirmed that the laboratory has uploaded the report to the energy efficiency center, the enterprise can enter the enterprise energy efficiency account number in the energy efficiency center network, apply for the energy efficiency label style according to the prompts, and add the energy efficiency record. The audit time of the energy efficiency center is 10 working days.
Step 4: use of energy efficiency label
After the enterprise provides the energy efficiency record, the enterprise can download the energy efficiency label of the announced items in the energy efficiency account number, print and post it according to the document requirements.
Step 5: Supervision and management of energy efficiency label
Before March 15 every year, the energy efficiency center will send a notice to the enterprise account number to download the annual label usage report and submit the business license and other document information of the enterprise. The enterprise can fill in and upload it back to the energy efficiency center according to the requirements. If the enterprise does not submit it in time, the energy efficiency center will suspend the use of the account number after 3.15.
