What is RCM registered as a control, and which is a fee control
Definition of RCM control equipment:
>Rated voltage greater than 50 V AC RMS or 120V ripple-free DC; and
>Rated voltage is lower than 1000V AC RMS or 1500V ripple-free DC; and
It is designed or sold to be suitable for family, personal or similar purposes.

RCM unregulated equipment definition:
Electrical equipment dedicated to commercial, industrial, medical, ultra-low voltage (less than 50V AC RMS or 120V ripple-free DC) and high voltage (above 1000V AC RMS or 1500V ripple-free DC) are defined as not within the scope.
Responsible suppliers of electrical equipment that are not within the scope of the EESS definition do not have to register or register the equipment in the EESS registration database.
Note: Electrical equipment suppliers who are not within the scope are still responsible for ensuring the electrical safety of the equipment. This is achieved by meeting the basic safety standards of AS/NZS 3820. The basic safety requirements of electrical equipment require suppliers to hold evidence of compliance with relevant standards.
Examples of devices that are not in range can be commercial bakery ovens, cash registers, or mobile phones (please note that the mobile phone "charger" is in range device level 3-power supply or charger)

RCM product sub-risk classification and corresponding requirements for registration materials:
Level I: Except for Class II and Class III equipment, it is Class I equipment, and the registration of Class I equipment can be registered by providing the certification documents of compliance with the standard.
Level II: Registration to provide compliance documents + compliance documents + applicability certification (optional)
Level III: Registration and provision of compliance documents + compliance documents + compliance certificate, which is SAA safety certificate (mandatory)

一. RCM logo usage rules and corresponding logo
The RCM should be placed in accordance with AS/NZS 4417.1 (that is, it is usually placed on the outer surface of the electrical equipment, as close as possible to the model mark). If RCM cannot be marked on the device due to special reasons
For more information on the use of RCM to mark items, see AS/NZS 4417.1 (Use of Markers)
